First one didn't work and I'm waiting on my replacement to be delivered. Update- replacement works pretty good. The customer service for this company is not the greatest. I received a card with the purchase and when contacting the company regarding the card, I have yet to get a response in almost a month. Will update if they ever respond to my email per the card request.I wish it was little thinner, so the water depth birds would prefer. Great value ue for money.The first one I received only worked for 24 hours. The replacement they sent lasted for 10 weeks and then died just like the first one. Unfortunately the return period is only 4 weeks. I would not recommend or buy another. Worked great 1st day then next day dead as a door nail and never worked again. Sent back. Wished it would have worked out.I got the 3w version. Works right out of box. Hope it lasts. Will update if it stops working.Edit: 12/19/21It stops working no matter what I have tried (dif heads, cleaning, let it sit under the sun, clear the filter…..). It just gave up.Neat little fountain when it worked but quit after one week.this works better than one i paid much more for and broke within several months.
