Works great. You can actually manually switch the black and red adapter to switch polarity. it can be done by pulling the black protecting rubber, then break the black and red Anderson adapter, then switch side, then connect again, like playing a Lego. This way, the polarity is flipped, and then you could use the extra sae polarity adapter for something else.I use this to connect two jackery solar saga 100w solar panel, and then use the adapter to connect to a solar charging controller, then plug into sae port in my RV to charge the battery. There I use the sae polarity reverse between solar charging controller and RV. All works great!
