I bought a "refurbished" model and returned It, as the down scroll button stopped working, plus programs (like surf and others) would stop functioning in the middle of a session... I found it very user unfriendly, clear easy accessible instructions don't come with the product, you have to download, which are also, i think, quite user unfriendly
